Product damaged during shipping

Upon receiving the product you should review it well. If you find that it has been damaged during shipping, you should contact us immediately through our contact channels where we will indicate how to proceed.

Wrong product

Defective product

To return a defective product, the defect of the part must first be verified by sending photos in which it is verified that the item is really damaged or deteriorated. From here everything is at our expense.

As they are cosmetic products and food supplements for personal use and due to health and hygiene regulations, products already used and unsealed cannot be returned, unless the product is defective or damaged, and has not been used.

This Guarantee includes postage, but according to the consumer goods guarantee law, the characteristics of the product inherent to its nature are excluded from its coverage, as well as damages caused by its misuse.

This guarantee does not include deficiencies caused by negligence, blows, use or improper handling, or materials subject to wear and tear due to normal use.

Product does not meet your expectations

If you receive the product and it does not respond to what you were looking for, do not worry you can return it within 14 calendar days of receiving the product. To do this, you should only contact us by any of the available means. It is necessary that the product is in perfect condition with all its accessories, and with the corresponding seal.

After having received the merchandise in our warehouse and checking its status, you will receive a refund of the amount of your order, discounting the transport costs, through the same method of payment that was made when making the purchase.

What are the return costs?

If you return a product to us due to an error on the part of SIBERIAN WELLNESS, that is, a damaged, deteriorated, defective product or an error in shipping, we will always bear all the costs of the return.
